Storm Drain Eruption in St. Louis Reaches 14 Stories

You'll rarely if ever see anything like this. Heavy rains in St. Louis Sunday caused a storm drain to erupt with a water blast that witnesses claim reached 14 stories into the sky and videos captured the moment it happened.

Max Velocity on X just shared this incredible video of what happened on a St. Louis, Missouri street on Sunday, August 10, 2025. Water pressure caused a rupture in a street and resulted in a blast of water that blew sky high - literally.
