I prefer to not pass judgment on things I find, but in this case I believe it's safe to say that some not very nice things happened in the Missouri woods where explorers found an old 'adult' drive-in. They also found out they were not alone in this abandoned place.

I've done some research about this place and confirmed this used to be an auto-scope drive-in theater near Joplin, Missouri. "Patrons" would park around the perimeter of this old theater back in the day. The projector would use mirrors to project the images to all the different screens on the outside. The cars could then tune into a radio frequency for the audio.

Among the interesting finds from these guys was the fact that someone or something is now making this abandoned adult mini-drive in their home. The tent and air mattress mean someone is using this place as their current address. Eww.

I found another explorer's YouTube channel that visited this place and found old film prints laying on the ground. Once again, eww.

The concept of this theater was to keep whatever it was they were showing private for the vehicles that surrounded it instead of a huge drive-in screen where...that wouldn't be possible. Based on comments on the YouTube shares, there was a sign near Joplin that looked like a globe next to the road that would be the sign that the theater was nearby.

There's no record I can find documenting exactly what movies were shown in this theater and it's probably better that way. Some things I'd rather not know.
