There were a few close games and one big surprise in Missouri on district quarterfinal night.

In Class 4 District 7, Hannibal rolled over Kirksville 47-7.

Jerry McBride returned the opening kick 82 yards for a touchdown. McBride also added a rushing touchdown as he carried 9 times from scrimmage for 163 yards. Shamar Griffith had 14 carries for 85 yards. Kirksville was limited to 135 yards of total offense… 65 of those yards came on their only scoring drive late in the third quarter.  Hannibal hosts either Jefferson City Helias or Wentzville Liberty next Friday night.
