Carrie Underwood Surprises Couples With Valentine’s Day Dinner and Tickets
Carrie Underwood made Valentine's Day a little bit more magical for three lucky Nashville couples, according to Sounds Like Nashville.
The diners were enjoying five-course prix-fixe dinners at popular restaurant Sinema on Feb. 14—but instead of getting checks at the end of their meals, they got a big surprise.
When it came time for the bill, each couple received a rose, two notes, and two tickets. The first note read, "Surprise! Your dinner has been taken care of this evening. Happy Valentines Day, xoxo, Carrie."
The second card invited them to Underwood's upcoming Nashville show, saying, "Enjoy another date night at Carrie Underwood's The Cry Pretty Tour 360 in Nashville this September 27th! A representative will contact you with further information."
Underwood's The Cry Pretty Tour 360 will be hitting the road May 1 in Greensboro, N.C. and will run through October hitting major cities all over the United States. Supporting her will be Maddie & Tae and Runaway June. The concerts will present the show in Underwood's signature 360-degree style.
In the meantime, Underwood is likely feeling an overload of love that has nothing to do with Valentine's Day. She's busy bonding with the newest member of her family, Jacob Bryan Fisher, who was born Jan. 21. Jacob is Underwood and husband Mike Fisher's second son. He's the little brother to the couple's firstborn, Isaiah, who will turn 4 near the end of the month.
