Adams County Reports 60th COVID Related Death

The Adams County Health Department Friday reported the COVID related death of an Adams County resident, a male in his 80s.

Officials also reported 41 new confirmed cases of coronavirus.

There have been 5,711 COVID cases in Adams County since the pandemic began, with 562 active, 53 hospitalized, aged from under one to over 100, nine in intensive care and 60 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total test is now 6.45%.
