Paul Brandt is originally from Calgary, Alberta. He is the most awarded male Canadian Country Music artist in history, and has also had some success in the US, with two hit songs in the 90's that both reached the top 5: 'My Heart Has a History,' and 'I Do.'

Doc Holliday calls Paul the "Vince Gill of Canada," as he has hosted the CCMA Awards (Canadian Country Music Association Awards) several times.

Paul continues to chart his career forward with his music. Plans for a new album release entitled “Just As I Am” are underway.
