Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day. When that happens, usually, the things that get sacrificed tend to be the things that are most enjoyable. Lunch, for instance. How often do you hear people use the terms "quick lunch" or "easy lunch?" All the time. Of course a quick or easy lunch doesn't necessarily have to mean a bad lunch.
