We’ve Found Quincy/Hannibal’s BEST Bartender!

After more than 1,000 nominations and 12,000 votes cast, we are happy to announce that we’ve found, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the absolute BEST bartender in the Quincy/Hannibal area!

This year’s top tapper is none other than Ashley Hatch of Quincy’s Buffalo Wild Wings!
Ashley began tending bar shortly after her 21st birthday and has been doing it ever since.

A longtime Quincyan, Ashley has been part of the Q-Town B-Dubs crew since the franchise’s inception in 2008 and has moonlighted at other establishments in the area in the years as well.

“Some people say bartending is just another job, but to me it’s more than that,” she says. “I’ve met people who started out as customers, then turned to friends and now feel like my family.”

While B-Dubs is home to 36 beers on tap and a full menu of signature mixed drinks, Ashley’s favorite drink to make is, by her own admission, a pretty simple one: Jameson and ginger ale with a lime squeeze. Of course that’s due largely in part to the regular Wednesday afternoon crew for whom the drink has become known.

“I’ve waited on a group of wonderful people that call themselves the BWWLC (Buffalo Wild Wings Lunch Club) who have come in every Wednesday for several years,” she says. “And that’s what they like to drink.”

“Every week I get to wait on many of the same awesome customers and also get to meet new ones. I enjoy making our signature drinks and just throwing something fun together. I love what I do and I’m thankful for each and every person who took the time to vote for me.”
