You don't have to be an artist to enjoy the Midsummer Arts Faire, which is a good thing because I'm not.  Don't make me show the diagram I drew a few months ago of my failed Evel Knievel Action Figure creek jump.

Well, there it is anyway.  Regardless, you don't have to be able to draw the parrot pirate in the art school commercials to enjoy all the different artists and craftsmen that will be in Quincy's Washington Park this weekend.  Starting today and going through Sunday, numerous talented folks will be displaying their work and if last year was any measure, you'll want to take in at least one day of the Midsummer Arts Faire.

Our TV friend Hannah McNeff from KHQA had a nifty visit with one of the artists who will be at this year's event.

If you would like more info about the Midsummer Arts Faire, you can visit their Facebook page or their website.  You can find me in the booth with the stick figure Evel Knievel drawings and some half-painted parrot pirates.
