The Error In This Iconic Kelly’s Mural Has Been Fixed…Sort Of

Remember a few months back when we pointed out the error in the iconic leprechaun mural outside of Kelly’s restaurant?

Well here’s the latest: HE’S GONE!!

That’s right! No longer will the mischievous, albeit abnormally large, Irish folklore fairy welcome you to (to) your cheese soup and cinnamon roll mecca. The wall he graced for all these years with tipped hat is now blank.

I guess this shouldn’t come as a huge surprise. I mean, he WAS a leprechaun. We probably should have anticipated his mysterious disappearance sooner or later.

Will he make a return? And if so, will he proofread his sign?

Only time will tell. Only six more months until St. Patrick’s Day!
