The District’s Concerts In The Plaza Kick Off Next Week!

One thing I loved doing on my lunch breaks last year was heading up Maine to catch the concerts held First Mid Illinois Bank Plaza. It's just a few blocks from my apartment so it was easy to do, and a great break from the day. So I was overjoyed when I found out they were coming back.

Every Friday from April 28th to May 19th will feature a local act. These concerts are free to attend, and you can bring your own lunch, or see what the Butcher Block's food truck has to offer (always something delicious)!

The first show features Jacqueline Kaufman, and runs 11:30am to 1:00pm!
