The Hannibal Park Board recently picked the winners in its second annual Snowman Contest, sponsored by the Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department.

The most ideal conditions for building a snowman are when temperatures are right around freezing. This year, it's been much, much colder than that. Not only is it hard to build a snowman when temperatures are extremely low, it's dangerous to be outside too long.
