Whether you're going out of town, or you've got visiting relatives, you can rest easy knowing you can visit any YMCA thanks to this new benefit.

Being a lifeguard is not all about sitting in a chair and twirling a whistle. You have a very important job, to make sure people of all ages have a fun time swimming, but most importantly that they are safe.

Now this is a race I can get in on. The inaugural Funnel Cake 5K will take place at this year's Adams County Fair, and there is a special treat at the end of the race. Can you guess what is could be?

Get an intense multi-phase workout at the YMCA, and help out a great local charity in the process.
