now that's a fire

On Tuesday I had the privilege to broadcast from the parking lot of the County Market at 24th & Spring for the appearance of Johnsonville's Big Taste Grill. This thing is awesome! Its 25' tall, 65' long, gas fired, and can cook 750 brats at a time, or 2500 brats an hour.

Not that I need an excuse to grill (or to eat), but soon Memorial Day will be here. I am not sure if I will host a barbecue at my house this Memorial Day weekend. I won't know that until the middle of May. If I don't host, I will at least help with the planning and execution of a barbecue at my in-laws.
