The 2015 edition of the "Music With a Mission" concert has come and gone, but the residual effects for those benefiting from the show will go on.

Avenue Beat stopped by the KICK-FM studio to give us an update on the group's exciting new projects, including the release of a new EP, doing some co-writing with established Nashville songwriters, and even opening for country acts like the Swon Brothers and Billy Currington!

The Music With a Mission concert is coming back to the Adams County fairgrounds outside Mendon, Illinois on Saturday, May 30. Vinny Hickerson, the man behind the Music With a Mission idea, and a member of the band Trailer Choir, spoke to us about the show and why this cause is so important.
