if you have used coupons at Missouri Walmart stores in the past, you need to know that there are 5 common things that they used to allow that are no longer OK. Buyer beware.

I would no doubt be a more frugal shopper if I used coupons. I don't, but maybe you do. If that's the case, you need to know about a very recent policy change that will affect every customer that relies on coupons to save money.

It's no secret that we live in difficult financial times. Many families are having to go to extremes to keep the bills paid. As for me and my family, I am cutting my own hair. I would not recommend this unless you either don't care what you look like and/or work on the radio.
