Don't know where to watch the eclipse on August 21st? The city of Quincy is hosting a party on the river with food, drinks, live music, and (of course) the solar eclipse!
The Moonlight Ride for Hunger takes place this Saturday evening in Quincy. The ride consists of three different courses for adults, and a kids ride for youth ages 10-15.

This Saturday is the 20th Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's at Clat Adams Park in Quincy. Many teams are gearing up and raising much needed funds to help the Central Illinois Chapter reach its goal!
The 2014 Walk to End Alzheimer's will be held on Thursday, September 4 at Clat Adams Park. There is still time to put together a team of walkers to be a part of the event that day. Leading up to the actual walk are several fundraising events, including a cookout this Thursday at The Butcher Block at 819 Maine Street.
The Quincy Riverfront will be buzzing through Saturday beginning tonight with the 17th Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's at Clat Adams Park. Then Friday and Saturday the Quincy Exchange Club's 7th Annual Smoke on the River BBQ event will be held at Kesler Park and The Dock.
The Walk to End Alzheimer's is coming up on Thursday, September 5 at Clat Adams Park in Quincy. Over the years this event has become very well attended and with that boom in participation comes the need for volunteers to make the event happen.
