Rascal Flatts dropped their eighth studio album, ‘Changed,’ on April 3, and it debuted at the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200. This week, however, the trio’s newest project elbowed its way past the Top 2 and landed at No. 1, having sold nearly 130,000 copies in its first week. Change is the air. Yesterday, we reported that Rascal Flatts renamed their 2012 tour for the sake of their eighth album release. Today (April 3), the new album — ‘Changed’ — is available in stores. If there was any doubt that the veteran country rockers have experienced quite a few changes in the past few years, bass guitarist Jay DeMarcus expels them.
