Rascal Flatts dropped their eighth studio album, ‘Changed,’ on April 3, and it debuted at the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200. This week, however, the trio’s newest project elbowed its way past the Top 2 and landed at No. 1, having sold nearly 130,000 copies in its first week.
