Tacos Ink Announces Opening Date

I know what you're thinking. "Seriously, Brodie, again with the tacos? Aren't you over the whole taco thing?" NEVER! Tacos are the greatest gift to man, and I will not rest while there is still taco and taco related news to bring you.

A few weeks ago, we told you that a new restaurant was definitely coming soon to the old Roly Poly store front in the strip mall at 18th and Broadway. At the time, we didn't have any details on exactly when it would open. You've been clamoring for those details. Texting us at all hours of the night. Calling into my contests with no intention of winning, just demanding to know when Tacos Ink will be opening.

And as you may have noticed, I've now gone about 130 words into this post without once telling you when it will open, because I really enjoy stretching it out. Just to keep you hanging on in anticipation. But here we go. Now I'm going to tell you. The date that Tacos Ink opens its doors is Wednesday, November 15! The hashtag #weopenwednesday accompanied a photo of a delicious looking fish taco late on Thursday night on Taco Ink's Facebook page.
