Salvation Army Looking for Volunteer Bell Ringers

Tis the season for those familiar red kettles and the spirit of giving they represent.

The Salvation Army is once again looking for volunteers to ring bells at red kettle locations in Quincy and Hannibal. Volunteers can sign up online for shifts as small as two hours, or they can “Adopt-A-Kettle” for a day or more by calling Alisa Elkins at 217-231-5633.

The bell ringing season begins on Friday, November 15 and ends Tuesday, December 24. Hours for bell ringing are Monday through Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 7:00pm.
