Quincy’s Emergency Response Team Conducting Training

The Quincy Police Department's Emergency Response Team will conduct their monthly training exercise at the AMC Showplace 6, 300 North 33^rd in Quincy on Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The training will consist of realistic scenarios involving tactical officers, police vehicles and realistic looking firearms. The firearms are Simunition brand training guns designed to shoot low energy non-lethal training rounds similar to a paint ball round. The scenarios will be on the AMC property and will not affect traffic or any other businesses in the area.
