Since the rapidly moving water rises and falls quickly during flash flooding, MoDOT reminds motorists it is dangerous to drive into water-covered roads. If you're driving or walking and encounter flood water, turn around.

All closures can be found online at http://www.modot.org/ on the Traveler Information Map.  Since waters rise and fall quickly during flash flooding, it is recommended motorists check the website or call 1-888-275-6636 for the latest information.
