Vote for the Most Anticipated Album of September 2014
The first month of fall is bringing new albums from a number of big names in country music.
September starts off with releases from Lee Brice and Dustin Lynch on Sept. 2 and Sept. 9, respectively. Brice says 'I Don't Dance,' his third album, will have a classic sound, while Lynch's sophomore disc, 'Where It's At,' is more energetic than his debut.
Jerry Douglas, Mike Auldridge and Rob Ickes release 'Three Bells' on Sept. 16. That's the same day Tim McGraw's 'Sundown Heaven Town,' featuring collaborations with Kid Rock and Faith Hill, hits the street.
Sept. 23 is the release date for Kenny Chesney's much-anticipated 'The Big Revival,' which he says highlights that “there’s so much more to country than trucks, creek beds and cut-offs.” Big and Rich's fifth studio disc, 'Gravity,' comes out the same day.
Lady Antebellum, Blake Shelton and Lucinda Williams will round out the month with '747,' 'Bringing Back the Sunshine' and 'Down Where the Spirit Meets the Bone,' respectively, both debuting on Sept. 30.
Which of these albums are you most looking forward to? Vote as often as once an hour through Labor Day (Sept. 1), and we'll feature the winner as The Boot's September Album of the Month.
