Local Singer/Songwriters Competition to be Held in Quincy
There are a series of local Singer/Songwriter Competitions that will be taking place in Quincy and they are FREE to enter. The winner will receive a $150 cash prize and a spot in the final five competition on July 18 where the five winners will compete for a larger cash prize.
The first competition is on Friday, February 21 and is an all male vocalist show. It is at One Restaurant and Bar at 6th and Hampshire in Quincy at 8 p.m. The audience will vote after each of the five performances to decide the outcome. All ages are welcomed to attend with NO cover charge.
The second competition is an all female vocalist event on March 21 and there are still spots available. The remaining dates are as follows:
April 18: Duo/Duet
May 16: Small Group (2-4 people)
June 13: Semi-Professional Night
July 18: CHAMPIONSHIP
