Kacey Musgraves to Open For Katy Perry in St. Louis

Katy Perry, one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, will be performing at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, and she's bringing country music's Kacey Musgraves with her!

The show, part of the Prismatic World Tour, will be on Sunday, August 17 at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale Monday, January 27 at the Ford Box Office at Scottrade Center, at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers or online at ticketmaster.com. Prices range from $26 - $125.50.

Musgraves had previously toured with Lady Antebellum, and has also opened for country legend Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss. Kacey will look to expand her fan base by appearing with Katy Perry on select dates in 2014. Musgraves grew up in Texas and is now based in Nashville. She placed seventh on the television singing competition 'Nashville Star' in 2007, and won the CMA for Best New Artist in 2013.

The Prismatic World Tour is a 46-city tour to promote Katy Perry's latest album, 'Prism,' which debuted at number one on The Billboard 200. The tour utilizes a state-of-the-art stage that allows Perry to get up close to fans.
