I had M&M's and coffee for breakfast this morning. Probably not the breakfast of champions, but in a pinch it sufficed.

I'll be honest, I don't usually eat breakfast at all. I know, I know... most important meal of the day, yadda, yadda, etc. etc.. When I do eat "breakfast," or something that is a sorry excuse for breakfast, like M&M's and coffee, it's on the rare occasion that I actually feel somewhat hungry in the morning. For one reason or another I rarely start feeling hungry until about lunch time. I'm aware that this is not a recipe... (see what I did there?) for the healthiest way to live, but it works for me.

This morning, however, I felt a slight pang of hunger at about 6:30. Luckily for me I had a third of a bag of M&M's stashed here at work. Breakfast problem solved.

They were tasty. I even felt pretty satisfied, and it was't even a Snickers bar. (See what I did there again?)

I'm sure your breakfast habits are a lot better than mine, but on that strange occasion when you have to grab something not generally on a menu, what do you go for? Vote below and long live the junk food breakfast... at least now and then.
