A Hannibal man faces up to 120 years behind bars following his conviction this week on drug charges.

Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton says Jimmy Atteberry was found guilty Monday of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, distribute or sell, two counts of delivery, distribution or sale of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Drugs involved include methadone, amphetamines and marijuana. Sentencing is September 15.

Atteberry was arrested on May 28, 2014 at his residence at 1603 Fulton Avenue in Hannibal. Authorities also used a search warrant at 1620 Martin during that investigation.
