We’re currently amidst a wind chill advisory, which I had honestly forgotten was a thing. If you don’t know that by now, I’m sorry you had to find out this way. Temperatures this morning in Quincy felt like 40 below zero. Not to say that the actual temps of 10 below were that much better. Certainly no picnic either way.

Now, hear me out. According to weather.com, we’re looking at a high of 60 degrees on Super Bowl Sunday—just four days from now. So from minus 40 (wind chill) to positive 60 in just a couple days. That’s a 100 degrees of “feels like” (and 70 degrees of “actually is”) of happy warmth to look forward to as you prepare your chili cheese dip and hot wings for the Big Game.

This wind chill advisory goes until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, so if you have the option, stay inside. A few Quincy locations have opened up as warming centers for those in need. You can check out that full list HERE.
