By my calculations, 2018 will be the 15th straight "Lose Weight, Get In Shape" New Years Resolution I've made. That sounds about right. But I'm bound to make 15th time the charm. Not only has Sam pushed me to start going to the gym with her when she gets off the air, the YMCA in Quincy is rocking their Fit Start in January again!

If getting healthy is your goal for 2018, the YMCA will help you along the way with Fit Start. The program will involve weigh-ins every other week, and a Facebook Group with tips, tricks and weekly challenges to keep you on track to a fitter, healthier 2018. You can participate as an individual or as a team of two, and it's just $15 if you're already a member at the Y.

Of course Sam and I are going to sign up. We'll keep you updated of our progress through pictures, videos and blog updates, and maybe even interviews with the trainers and specialists organizing the challenges. Stay tuned for more info.
