The Hannibal Public Schools will offer free breakfast and lunch to school aged children June 9 through June 27, 2014.

During the school year children and teens get nutritious meals at school. The Summer Food Service Program will help kids get the vital nutrition they need when school is out. The program will take place at the following locations and times:

  • Veterans Elementary School, 790 Veterans Rd. Breakfast served Monday through Friday 7:30am - 8:30am, lunch served 11:00am - 12:00pm.
  • Hannibal Middle School, 4700 McMasters Ave. Breakfast served Monday through Friday 7:15am - 8:15am, lunch served 11:00am - 12:00pm.

The Summer Food Service Program is free to school aged children up to 18 years old, and eligible adults over 18. (Eligible disabled adults are those who are determined by a State educational agency or a local public educational agency of a state to be mentally or physically handicapped and who participate in a public or non-public private school program establishment for the mentally or physically handicapped).
