Florida Georgia Line dropped some interesting facts about themselves at a recent tour stop. While many country singers have revealed that their first concert experience was a country show of some kind, the duo confessed that a certain boy band shaped their early music discovery.

"Backstreet Boys was my first concert," Brian Kelley told their audience in South Dakota. "There you go, big surprise!"

Tyler Hubbard had BK's back when fans laughed in disbelief. "Don't laugh," he said pointing to a fan in the crowd. "Don't laugh at us!"

"You big bullies!" Kelley chimed in.

Hubbard later admitted that Backstreet Boys was the first record he ever bought, too. "BK, sometimes I think that we are the Backstreet Boys," he confessed.

It turns out Florida Georgia Line had the last laugh, as they decided to surprise the audience at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City, S.D., with a cover of the Backstreet Boys' "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)." For a few minutes, Hubbard and Kelley were BSB, as their fans sang along word for word.

Florida Georgia Line are currently headlining their Dig Your Roots Tour. Each night, their set includes several new songs which will be featured on their upcoming album Dig Your Roots, due out later this summer. At a recent tour stop the duo performed three new songs including the album's title track, "Smooth" and "Life Is a Honeymoon."

"Smooth" is a slowed R&B track that has the duo singing about a girl’s body being "so smooth.” "Life Is a Honeymoon" embodies a distinct reggae beat that transports the audience to an island.
