Clay Walker will headline the Pike County Fair in Bowling Green, Missouri in 2014, and with that in mind we offer five interesting facts about the country star.

1. Clay's real first name is Ernest. Clayton is his middle name.

2. His first two singles went all the way to #1 on the country charts. 'What's It To You' in 1993 and 'Live Until I Die' then in 1994.

3. Clay was named Best New Male Vocalist by Radio & Records in 1993 and by Country Song Roundup in 1995, two industry publications.

4. In 1996 Clay was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and has his own non-profit charitable organization called 'Band Against MS' which he founded in 2003.

5. Clay has performed at games for both the Houston Texans NFL football team and Colorado Rockies Major League Baseball team.

The singers show at the Pike County Fair will be Saturday, July 26. Tickets to the fair are all inclusive so additional concert tickets are not needed. There will be no reserved seating, however lawn chair may be set up on the track on the day of the show.
