KICK-FM is giving listeners a chance to fly away to Tampa, Florida to see Rascal Flatts live in September, and with that in mind, we present five things about the band that you might not know.

Lead vocalist Gary LeVox did not want guitar player Joe Don Rooney to play with the band originally. He changed his mind after Rooney filled in for their regular guitarist and played a six hour show. Gary was afraid Joe Don wouldn't be able to keep up at first.
