The 58th National Tom Sawyer Days will be July 3 - 6, at a new location and permanent home -  320 S. 3rd St. next to the Viaduct.

July 3rd:

Tanyard Gardens @ 9:30pm we will be holding a "HUSBNAD CALLING CONTEST." Can't you just hear it now? This should be some great entertainment.. All you have to do is come down and sign up. Free to enter.

Entertainment @ Tanyard Gardens will be "FURTHER ADO" $3.00 Cover 8:00 pm to 12:30 am

July 4th:

The Annual Parade with the theme "Hotter Than A Firecracker" For the parade registration, go to www.hannibaljaycees.org $10.00 entry fee.

Comedy/ Hypnosis Show featuring Brian Madrid @ Tanyard Gardens hosting two shows 1:00 to 2:00pm & 7:30 to 8:30 pm.

"Hannibal's Got Talent" Registration @ 1:30 starts at 2:00pm. Visit www.hannibaljaycees.org for the entry form, $10.00 entry fee.

Entertainment @ Tanyard Gardens will be " A 4th of July House Party" $1.00 Admission will go towards fireworks on the Riverfront. 6:00 pm to 12:30 am. There will be some awesome DJ's in the house.

July 5th:

Aunt Polly Tom Calling & Pie Judging Contest- Starting at 11:30 Registration beginning at 12:00 @ Tanyard Gardens. If your Mom, Grandma, Aunt knows how to call your name and has one of the best pies in town. This event is for her. Come down and show them how to call, Tom and Becky will be there to Judge those pies. Contest will be judged on your Calling for Tom, Pie Judging and Costume for example bonnet & apron. This is a new event as we want everyone to come down and enjoy and show of their skills.. Free Event

Entertainment @ Tanyard Gardens will be "MADD HOSS JACKSON" $3.00 Cover 8:00 pm to 12:30 am. We will also have Ladies night free admission & two free beverages.

 July 6th:

Jay the Balloon Dude & Magic Man will be at Tanyard Gardens @ 12:00 pm, this is very exciting for the Hannibal Jaycees to bring something fun and entertaining to the younger generation. This is free of charge so bring your little ones down for a great show. We will be having our washers’ tournament going on so bring at the same time so this will be great entertainment for your children.

Entertainment will be " BLACKJACK BILLY" $5.00 Cover 8:00pm to 12:30am we are very excited to have them perform @ Tanyard Gardens many of you may remember them from last year they opened for the Marshal Tucker Band.

And let's not forget FENCE PAINTING starting on July 4th with our LOCAL CONTEST @ 4:00, July 5th STATE CONTEST @ 4:00 pm & July 6th NATIONAL CONTEST @ 4:00 pm. this will be held down by the Tom & Huck Statue down on North Main. Information can be found on our website @ www.hannibaljaycees.org for any boys between the ages of 10 to 13. Don't forget those over 30 years of age can enter into our Over 30 Fence Painting Contest man or woman if you got the skill bring it this will be held on July 4th directly after the Local Contest. Free to enter.
