Hundreds of little girls will have a chance to meet Elsa, Anna and other “Frozen” friends at the second annual Frozen Tea Party to benefit the Miss Adams County Fair Scholarship Fund. The “Frozen Tea Party” will be held July 23rd at the Quincy Mall Community Room. Children will have a chance to meet and have their picture taken with Queen Elsa, Princess Anna and their favorite snowman "Olaf." Sweet treats will be served by Miss Adams County Fair pageant contestants and other volunteers.

Reservations are required and can be made by e-mail to kelleahendrian@gmail.com. The cost is $10 per child. Reservations can be made for tea parties at 9:30a.m. or 11:30a.m.
