Authorities report 31 arrests early this week during a crime suppression detail in the Quincy area.

Arrests were for a variety of drug related offenses, failure to register as a sex offender, obstruction of justice, failure to appear, felon in possession of a weapon, identity theft, driving while revoked, flight on foot and driving while suspended.

Adams County Sheriff Brent Fischer brought in the U.S. Marshal’s Violent Fugitive Task Force to assist Adams County deputies, West Central Illinois Task Force agents and Quincy Police in apprehending wanted individuals and to conduct drug investigations.

Those arrested are:

Richard J. Newell. Unlawful delivery of cannabis/possession with intent to deliver.

Richard E. Tkach. Failure to register as a sex offender.

Faron J. Cook. Possession of cannabis, possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended.

Pedro L. Smith. Driving while license revoked.

Darius L. Lilly. Flight on foot, possession of cannabis, fleeing attempting to elude, driving while suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle,

Nicholas A. Havermale. Possession of methamphetamine.

Ronald L. Smith Jr. Manufacture of controlled substances.

Cynthia Z. Melton. Delivery of a controlled substance.

Karl E. Sutton. Possession of a controlled substance, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph D. Cheney. Possession of methamphetamine.

Bryan E. Parrick. Unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of meth manufacturing materials.

Terry A. Dill. Possession of methamphetamine.

Melissa L. Johnson. Possession of methamphetamine.

Dannika M. Lilly. Possession of cannabis.

Nykimmie J. Wortham. Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theara R. Johnson. No valid driver's license. Identity theft.

Ebony M. Werner. Manufacture/delivery of cannabis.

Bobby J. Griggs. Failure to register as a sex offender.

Daniel R. Sawyer. Failure to register as a sex offender warrant.

Kristopher A. Simon. Meth production warrant.

Raymond A. Burwinkle. Felon in possession of a weapon warrant.

Kacey L. Bales. Unlawful participation in meth production, possession of meth manufacture materials.

Michael W. Thomas. Failure to appear/possession of cannabis, failure to appear, resisting, failure to appear uninsured motor vehicle.

Roy M. Heck Jr. Failure to register as a sex offender.

Cheryl L. Ensor. Unlawful possession of meth manufacturing materials and possession of meth precursors,

Crystal R. White. Obstruction of justice, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear-retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathaniel Anderson. Possession of methamphetamine.

Bradley Yohn Sr. Operating an uninsured vehicle, driving while suspended.

Jeraius D. Rice. Possession of a controlled substance.

Megan M. Bradshaw. Possession of methamphetamine.

Joshua G. Evans. Possession of ice methamphetamine, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.
