The Hamilton Junior Class After Prom Committee is holding their major fundraiser at McVeigh's Pumpkin Patch October 30-31. The Creepy Carnival Corn Maze will have both a family-friendly event for all ages, and more scary "fright nights" for an older audience.

"The Junior Class After Prom Committee organizes fundraising events to provide students with a safe and entertaining After Prom in 2016," said Diane Fader, with the Hamilton Junior Class After Prom Parents. "The Creepy Carnival Corn Maze is a haunted corn maze that is taking place at McVeigh's Pumpkin Patch in Hamilton. There will be scary clowns and a night full of fright! The Fright nights will be on October 30 and 31 from 7-11. We are also providing a family friendly event on Halloween from 3-5. Everyone won’t be quite so scary for that one."

There will also be "goodies and grub," photo ops and carnival games.

Fright Night hours are 7-11 p.m. on Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31. The cost is $5 per "victim." The family-friendly event will be on Halloween from 3-5 p.m. That is $3 for kids 12 and under.

McVeigh's Pumpkin Patch is north of Hamilton at 956 E County Rd 1800, Hamilton, Illinois 62341. It is east of Golden Point Church, west of Connable Road.
