Because of a special project the sales department is working on, today is a Casual Day at the ol' radio ranch. For the Air Staff, that really doesn't mean much. They can dress casual (within reason) whenever they want. As long as they remember that they are in an office environment. Because I am still a part-time member of the Sales Team, I tend to dress the part most days. So when a Casual Day is called, the morale of the office goes up. The restraint of collared shirts and hose goes away. Out comes the jeans, Chuck Taylors, and sports attire.
