Cardinals Hosting A Game of Thrones Theme Night in July

On July 5th, two games be played at Busch Stadium. No, not a double header. We're still getting the great game of baseball as the Cardinals host the Miami Marlins. But a deadlier game will also take place: A Game of Thrones.

The St. Louis Cardinals recently announced they'll be hosting a Game of Thrones night on July 5th, with special theme night tickets earning you a special, on-of-a-kind Cardinals/Game of Thrones mash-up t-shirt. This promotion comes less than two weeks before the July 16th premiere of Game of Thrones' 7th season. They'll even have an official Iron Throne for you to sit in! Let's hope the red birds don't experience a Red Wedding...

In addition to the St. Louis Cardinals, eighteen other teams will participate in Game of Thrones nights, including the Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers (#LetsGoDodgers!), Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers and Minnesota Twins.
