Brew Skies is a festival like no other in the area. Beer, music, vendors and VWs. It's a damn good weekend if I do say so myself. And the 2018 Brew Skies Music Festival schedule of events has been announced. The festival of events runs Friday June 8th through Sunday June 10th, and will feature concerts, a home brew competition, and a Vintage VW show.

The music of course fills the Mark Twain Cave Campground on Friday and Saturday, with The Mighty Pines kicking things off on Friday evening at 6pm, and they'll be joining Sean Canan's Voodoo Players at 8pm for a 30 song tribute to the late, great Tom Petty.

Music on Saturday goes all day with Timeless Corridor welcoming you to the day at 11am, followed by The Kay Brothers at 1:30pm, Aaron Kamm & The One Drops at 3:30pm, Chicago Farmer at 6pm, wrapping up with the Flood Brothers at 8pm.

Saturday, June 9th will host the Vintage Volkswagen Meetup. Vendors and exhibitors of classic VW Beetles and Buses can show up starting at 7am to get all set up, while gates to the general public open up at 10am. Last year, Herbie the Love Bug made an appearance.

And finally, the 5th Annual HAHA Homebrew Competition is noon-2pm on the 9th, with guest judges from Ballast Point and Mark Twain Brewing Company. There will be People's Choice voting for best brews, as well as first, second and third place Judge's Choice.
