Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Saddle Brown

Growing up in small town North Carolina just outside of Charlotte, Saddle Brown's musical influences first came from the church choir his mother was director of, then from the country songs he listened to on the radio. Saddle would spend his teenage years honing his craft as a singer/songwriter, writing his first song at just 11 years old. It soon became apparent that music wasn't just a hobby, it was a calling. It was to be his career. He continued to write, record and perform, eventually releasing his first single in 2012, and going on to perform alongside Jason Michael Carroll and Confederate Railroad.
