Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Callie Twisselman

Each Friday at 9:30am, KICK-FM will feature an artist on the rise during the Breakthrough Artist of the Week, brought to you by Glass One Quincy.

Callie Twisselman grew up listening to the titans of country music, Cline, Cash, Parton & Williams, but as a child of the 90s, also has a deep fondness for the likes of Brooks & Twain. Though her eyes have always been on the Nashville prize, her California upbringing infuse her country with a bit of the Bakersfield sound, with some pop notes for a modern spin on the classic sound.
