Those of you looking forward to seeing Gregg Allman at the Illinois State Fair are a bit out of luck. He has cancelled his upcoming co-headlining performance with ZZ Top due to “serious health issues that require doctor’s care” according to a release from the Illinois State Fair.

Stepping into the co-headlining slot are multiplatinum-selling rockers Three Doors Down. The band, along with ZZ Top, will take the stage on August 21.

All tickets remain valid for this show, so if you don’t mind Three Doors Down stepping in for Gregg Allman, you’re all set. However, if you had your heart set on seeing Allman, you may reach out to Ticketmaster to request a refund.

Ticket holders who purchased their concert tickets at the box office may submit this form along with their unused tickets to the address located on the form. Questions regarding refund policies can be directed to the Illinois State Fair Box Office at
(217) 782-1979.
